The Contractor will provide qualified Information Technology (IT) technicians from the following Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM): Impression Technology, Inc. (specific to FTB’s configuration of the iCapture Production and Non-Production Software Suite), IBML (specific to hardware and software support of the IBML Fusion Scanners), and Tangent Systems (hereinafter referred to as “Tangent”) (specific to Deposit21 Software). The IT technicians shall provide the requisite hardware and software maintenance and support as described in this Statement of Work (hereinafter referred to as “SOW”) for the OEM software that resides on FTB’s paper data capture systems and associated hardware (as configured by Impression Technology).
