The State of California, Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to cover the requirements of the Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Portable Direct Current Fast Charging (DCFC) Chargers. The contract resulting from this solicitation will be mandatory for all State of California Departments and available for use by participating local agencies. Award will be made by individual Groups. In order to be considered for award, all line items within the Group must be bid. The Groups are defined as follows: • Category 1 – Trailer o Group 1 - DCFC Basic, Low Power, ≥ 30 to < 150 (kW or KVA) o Group 2 - DCFC Basic, Medium Power, ≥ 150 to < 250 (kW or KVA) o Group 3 - DCFC Basic, High Power, ≥ 250 (kW or KVA) • Category 2 – Skid o Group 4 - DCFC Basic, Low Power, ≥ 30 to < 150 (kW or KVA) o Group 5 - DCFC Basic, Medium Power, ≥ 150 to < 250 (kW or KVA) o Group 6 - DCFC Basic, High Power, ≥ 250 (kW or KVA)
