Roofing Repairs • Locate and repair roof leaks, ponding areas, blisters, punctures, and membrane failures. • Replace damaged or deteriorated roofing materials, including membranes, flashing, shingles, tiles, and underlayment. • Repair or replace roof drains, scuppers, and overflow systems to ensure proper drainage. • Reseal and reinforce penetrations, seams, curbs, and joints to restore weatherproofing integrity. • Implement temporary waterproofing solutions during inclement weather or pending full repair. b. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance • Perform roof inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failure. • Clear debris, vegetation, and blockages from roofs and drainage systems. • Re-secure loose materials and apply protective coatings or sealants as required. • Inspect and maintain roof access points, ladders, hatches, and safety anchors. • Provide maintenance records detailing findings, services performed, and recommendations. c. New Installations • Inspect and prepare roof substrate (wood, metal, concrete, etc.) • Install or repair roof decking as needed • Assist with selecting appropriate roofing systems and materials • Supply and transport materials to the job site • Install vapor barriers, insulation, and waterproof membranes • Flashing and sealant work at roof penetrations, edges, and joints • Lay and secure roofing materials (e.g., shingles, tiles, panels) per manufacturer specifications and code requirements • Install ridge caps, vents, and other roof accessories • Install gutters, downspouts, scuppers, and roof drains • Remove debris and excess materials, and dispose of them according to regulations • Perform final inspection and touch-ups as needed • Provide warranty details and ensure compliance with local codes and manufacturer standards d. Emergency Response • Provide 24/7 emergency services for active leaks, storm damage, or safety hazards. • Respond within 2 hours to assess and stabilize affected areas. • Implement temporary containment or repairs to prevent further damage, with followup restoration scheduled promptly.
