The services to be provided under this Contract shall include, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Evaluations, investigations, analysis, recommendations, cost and time estimates, testing, reports, studies, designs, preparation of documents (including drawings in latest computeraided design (AutoCAD) version and specifications) field inspections, and field inspections. 2. Professional involvement throughout all phases of a project, including but not limited to the development of programs; preparation of reports; periodic progress reports/meetings; preparation for and participation in briefings and presentations to staff groups, citizen groups, the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors and federal or state agencies; processing of invoices for services; timely processing of project correspondence, Consultants’ requests for payment, and material and equipment submittals. 3. Coordination with other County contractors. 4. Other types of non-professional services of a nature consistent with the intent of this RFP as so directed by the County.
