Minimum Qualifications The minimum threshold criteria that will be utilized for evaluation of the responses shall be as follows: - Must be NJ RMA certified (a detailed listing of all required federal and state licenses needed to perform the services requested, in whose name such licenses are issued to respondent and when same were issued) - Must have at least ten years of New Jersey Redevelopment Agency auditing experience representing municipal entities in connection with Agency audits, budgets and the issuance of bonds and/or bond anticipation notes - Name and roles of the individual(s) who will perform the tasks and descriptions of their education and experience similar to the services contained herein - Documented past performance of same and/or similar service - Reference and record of success of same or similar service - Description of ability to provide the services in a timely fashion (including staffing, familiarity and location of key staff) - The applicant must have sufficient support staff with NJ Agency auditing experience to provide all services required by the Township of Old Bridge Redevelopment Agency including, but not limited to, the Agency audit, debt statements, official statements and all other documents relating to the issuance of bonds, as well as all other financial matters pertaining to the Redevelopment Agency. - If anyone in your firm has had any judgments within the last three (3) years in which Respondent has been adjudicated liable for personal malpractice, please explain. - If your business organization is now or has been involved in any bankruptcy or reorganization proceedings in the last ten (10) years, please explain
