2.1 Group A- Background Miami Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces (PROS) Department Palmetto Golf Course is located at 9300 SW 152nd Street, Miami, Florida. The park currently operates daily from sunrise to sunset; however, the Restaurant must maintain operating hours between 6:30 AM and 10:00 PM daily, including holidays. Approximately 85,000 golfers visit Palmetto Golf Course each year. All of Palmetto Golf, including the golf course and restaurant facilities, are subject to Article 7 of the Home Rule Charter which can be found at the following link: http://www.miamidade.gov/charter/library/charter.pdf. Palmetto Golf Restaurant Facility As part of the clubhouse for Palmetto Golf, PROS has available a 1,627 square foot facility (Restaurant), which also includes kitchen and food preparation area, with maximum seating capacity for 50 persons. PROS will make available to the selected Proposer, access to a covered patio area approximately 1,476 square feet for outside dining, as shown on Group A- Attachment B-Aerial Palmetto Golf Restaurant.
