1. To provide labor, equipment, and all else necessary for tree trimming/removal & haul away services when called upon. 2. The bidder shall visit and evaluate all buildings to determine the best course of action for tree trimming/removal & haul away 3. Safety Standards: All equipment to be used and all work to be performed must be in full compliance with the most current revision of the American National Standards Institute Standard Z-133.1 (Safety Requirements for Pruning, Trimming, Repairing, Maintaining, and Removing Trees and for Cutting Brush). 4. Removal of Trees: The Contractor shall remove all trees designated for removal by RIMSD #41 as identified in the list provided with these specifications, to a point six inches (6") or less above the adjacent ground level. 5. Disposal of Tree Limbs and Tree Trunks: The Contractor shall remove all tree limbs and tree trunks from the site and dispose of these limbs and trunks in accordance with applicable ordinances and regulations of their respectable state or municipal jurisdiction.
