• Reception/waiting and patient walk-in area including: o Medical exam rooms o Interview rooms • Pharmacy/medication storage and lab • Law enforcement intake for patients (separate from main walk-in entrance) to include: o De-escalation room o Work area for law enforcement officers o Restroom • Recliner recovery area to include: o “Fishbowl” for staff workstations and observation of patients o Calming rooms • Bed suites for overnight observation and treatment • Patient restrooms and showers • Patient bathrooms and showers • Kitchenette and patient dining area • Staff administrative areas to include: o Offices o Staff break room o Staff restrooms • Potential program elements from existing Tim Harmon campus facilities (to be collocated into the Youth Treatment Facility as determined during space programming) • Building support functions such as storage spaces, mechanical, plumbing and electrical rooms
