HPLC system and mass spectrometer must be manufactured by the same vendor and under direct, integrated software control by a single instrument control software program. System must be capable of performing automated (user unattended) optimization of MRM and source conditions using flow injection of mixtures of compound analytical standards. Instrument must fit on a standard laboratory bench that is 36 inches deep. Vendor must guarantee at least 10 years of system use, or will credit the residual value of the system when upgrading to a replacement model. All components of the system must be new and the current/latest models from the vendor. System must include a diverter valve to direct flow away from the mass spectrometer and to waste. Diverter valve must be controlled both manually and automatically within a method using the system control software. System must include an appropriate computer system and associated hardware to run instrument control and data processing software. Delivery and installation of system must be completed within 2 months of the bid award. System software must have data logging and tracking features that record time and date stamped records of runs, errors, maintenance events, and system activities.
