Pest control management services on a weekly/monthly/annual termite basis, that achieves satisfactory, economical pest management with minimal or negligible human health and environmental impact for the State’s five (5) Hospitals on a routine cadence, as well as-needed basis. The Suppliers shall develop and maintain an Integrated Pest Management plan, Structural Pest Control Services, Annual Termite Services and Unscheduled Services. Effective pest control integrates all pest management methods to include the following: Limiting pest access to food, water, and harborage Use of traps, glue strips, baiting, and other techniques to remove pests Carefully controlled application of pesticides Use of least hazardous pesticides Services are to be rendered at Hospital buildings and premises, both interior and exterior per below and attached list, for the five (5) State Hospitals located throughout Georgia. Refer to Attachment D – Cost Proposal for each Hospital’s buildings and square footage.
