• NAB will need a minimum of 4 bedrooms plus available couches or similar bed/futon to sleep up to 8 people overnight. Such as 2 each with 2-bedroom apartments in the same building or 4 plus bedrooms in a single apartment/house. • A large kitchen with storage for all officers to be able to store food. • Large freezer and refrigerator. • A minimum of 2 bathrooms • NAB must be allowed to install Starlink and required services for work-related activities. • Need to have available parking for vehicles, side-by-sides, snowmachines, and 4- wheelers. 2-4 spaces minimum. • At least 1 washer/dryer with preference for 2 washers/dryers (for washing linens and uniforms. Or allowed to install our own. • Outside lights and plug in for vehicles in winter. • Units must be secure with limited or no additional tenants accessing the VPSO housing area. • Ability to mount security cameras outside. • Pet friendly room for NAB’s regional K-9.
