Apply for and provide all necessary documents required for successful permitting through the City of Frisco, Texas. Remove and replace one chiller Modifications of housekeeping pads Remove and replace condenser and chilled water pumps for new chiller Remove and replace VFD’s for pumps and Cooling towers Modify catwalk around cooling towers Provide temporary water connections for a water-cooled chiller. Provide temporary connections on the main distribution line to provide cooling during construction Provide temporary chiller(s) during construction - estimated 500 ton with 2 pumps Remove and replace hydronic piping. Provide structural support for hydronic piping Remove and replace cooling tower Raise existing cooling towers and provide structural support to produce a consistent water level Provide and install 4 fan coil units for conditioning the Central Utilities Plant Provide new exhaust fan, duct work, and VFD - integrate with refrigerant control panel - includes ensuring existing exhaust fans are tied in with the refrigerant system. Remove existing water softener and install water conditioning system Re-route existing sleeved natural gas piping as specified Replace existing chiller feeders as specified. Relocate cooling towers #3 disconnects.
