The Florida Department of Transportation is soliciting qualified bidders to provide sufficient workforce, equipment, materials, oversight, permitting, safety, cleanup, disposal of wastes, and all incidentals necessary to replace existing roof and any unusable building material of the existing carwash structure, as well as, clean, wire brush and chemically treat any rusty metal, prime, and repaint the carwash structure, as depicted and specified in this scope, plans, contract documents, and technical special provisions. All repair work will match existing roofing materials/ type, and all replacement roofs will be as specified in this scope. All work shall be in accordance with the current Florida Building Code and all applicable laws, rules, and codes.
