a. Properly dispose of all ACM in the Casula house and the pile of Debris at the Coates house. b. The Contractor shall demolish and remove all structures, debris, and appurtenances and other trash associated with the property from: I. One House with a finished basement, approximately 2,000 SF. II. One Guest house approximately 900 SF. III. One Chicken Coup, approximately 110 SF. The Contractor shall demo and haul away the fence, roof, rafters, trash and debris including all the associated materials in its immediate vicinity, EXCEPT for the stonework. The Chicken Coup shall require additional wood framing installed for a single slope roof assemble include wall plates, rafters wall/hurricane clip or ties and Corrugated Galvanized Steel 31-gaue Roof Panels. (see Drawing S.1; for framing configuration}. c. The Coates Residence has collapsed into a big pile of stick, gypboard and paper to be hauled away. d. Coordinate with the county jurisdictions and disconnect any public sewer and water connections. Obtain any documentation needed for an official disconnect. e. At the Casula residence, the Contractor shall pump, remove and properly dispose of one 550 gal. oil tank located in the basement and 5 tires behind the shed according to MDE and county regulations at the Casula house.
