Essex Westford School District is seeking a Hosted VoIP-Based Telephony System solution that will provide DID/DOD connectivity to the public switched telephone network for approximately 2,100 Users throughout the entire School District. Essex High School and Essex Middle School will act as hubs to support the School District in the event of an outage. Vendor must be able to provide Incoming Call Line Identification. Vendor must be able to port approximately 1,500 DID Numbers. Vendor must include Local Usage as part of the Service offering. Essex Westford School District desires that Dedicated Internet Access be delivered to each location via fiber optic technology. Vendor must disclose technology used to deliver Internet Access. Vendor must disclose all underlying Service Providers. System Features must include the following: ● Automated Attendant ● Call Detail Reporting ● Call Trace ● Classes of Service, 12 ● e911 Compliance ● User Portal
