Intake: Support global import of existing matters from a spreadsheet or a SharePoint drive, import of e-Intake documentation submitted via OGC’s intranet site or the software solution with automated new matter creation, and manual input of intake details for automated matter creation. Case Management: Track and manage legal cases and matters, including case details, documents, deadlines, communications, and spend. Contract Management: Create, store, and manage contracts with version control, approval workflows, and e-signature features. Document Management: Store, organize, and retrieve legal documents and templates securely with access controls and audit trails, in addition to creating automated drafts of certain documents. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports – including dashboards that provide easy-to-digest visual representations of real-time data, delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking progress toward achievement of objectives – and analytics to uncover insights, causal relationships, and trends. Integration: Seamlessly integrate with existing systems such as Outlook (email and calendar) and SharePoint. Authentication: Integrate with institutional authentication mechanisms to leverage shared credentials, multi-factor authentication, and single sign-on capabilities. E-Invoicing: Support vendor-created invoices in a structured digital format, electronic transmission to OGC, electronic verification of invoice details and approval for payment, with or without modification. (Payment would occur in a separate e-payment system, which may or may not be integrated with the comprehensive legal software solution.) Desirable – We ask that the solution include the following enhanced, though not essential, features: Client Portal: Allow clients to check on the status of their matters with the ability to configure information that they can access.
