The operation and management of the colleges in-house Grill/Café at the Main Campus in Greenwood, SC. Retail Food (Hot Grill / Café:) Currently, PTC operates ONE (1) Retail Food Establishment on the Main Campus in Greenwood, SC. PTC intends to outsource the Management and Operation of this Hot-Grill/Café. The Hot-Grill/Café has an approximately 660 square foot kitchen with natural gas for cooking, (Exhibit C, D, and F.) Space is available for the preparation and sale of food, food and dry-goods storage and office space. The kitchen comes fully outfitted with appliances and food preparation equipment (Exhibit E.) The college owns Starbucks certified Coffee Brewers and Expresso machines for the sale of “We Proudly Serve” Starbucks offerings. Additionally, the college owns and maintains subscriptions with 365 Markets for a Point-of-Sale Ordering Kiosk with accompanying “Order Ahead” mobile app as well as a 365 “Ready Cashier” cash register. Retail Food Requirements The Contractor shall provide food and beverage service including, but not limited to, a Hot-Grill/Café operation serving breakfast items, hot and cold sandwiches, salads, a daily hot lunch special, healthy food choices, snack foods, soft drinks, tea, coffee (including specialty coffees,) as well as healthy beverage options.
