2.1.1 The video should be a 3- to 10-minute video which engages the audience and uses plain language concepts to illustrate the dangers of underage drinking. The video should incorporate creative camera angles and staging to portray a “point-of-view” approach of a minor-aged person partaking in excessive alcohol consumption, as well as the minor’s perspective on the resulting consequences. 2.1.2 The video should prioritize informing minors, parents, and the community at large of the dangers of underage drinking and driving, including (but not limited to): risks of physical injury or death, legal fees and fines, jail time, and impacts on education and job prospects. The video should include information on the laws, as well as the public safety risks associated with underage drinking. 2.1.3 In addition to the primary video, this project requires 3-5 cutdowns of the full video for use on social media and the TABC public website. 2.1.4 The intended audience is high school- and college-aged students, their parents, and the community at large. 2.1.5 Purpose – The purpose of this document is to serve as an anticipated Statement of Work to produce the temporary event training video and cutdowns.
