• The company will supply three (3) Random Number Generator systems to two (2) different Lottery locations (two [2] at headquarters, one [1] at the Lottery backup site). One (1) optional system (an additional “invited option,” at headquarters) may be used only for promotional drawings. All three (3) systems and the additional optional fourth system will include all required peripherals (e.g., printer, keyboard, etc.). • The company must provide training and support resources at delivery and during the life of the contract, including training and support resources for game or matrix changes. • All systems must be fully certified on delivery, with all documentation. • The RNG must be able to run all current Lottery games (Gopher 5, Pick 3, North 5 and Minnesota Millionaire Raffle). The RNG must be capable of easily adapting game or matrix changes. • The RNG must be able to produce results for raffle and promotional drawings with populations up to 1,000,000,000, and provide for the capability to expand population for future growth. • The RNG must be physically secure. • The RNG must be logically secure. • The RNG must utilize role-based access controls. • The RNG must be capable of quickly and easily replaced by a backup RNG in a disaster situation without creating security risks. • The RNG must be auditable and include audit capabilities...
