This is part of our emergency preparedness strategy to ensure housing availability for essential personnel who must remain in the area before, during, and after a storm event. Hotel Requirements: Willingness to block 10 rooms from June 1–December 1, 2025 Rooms must be available within 48 hours of notification, pending an official emergency declaration Minimum stay flexibility (e.g., 3–5 nights depending on emergency) 24/7 front desk or on-call contact availability during emergencies Location within Pinellas County Pet-friendly rooms (optional but preferred, if applicable to staff needs) Generator or backup power availability (preferred)
