Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. The Platform enables the Customer, and their authorized users, such as students, parents, teachers, administrators, volunteers, and others (collectively, “Users”) to connect with industry volunteers, companies and organizations (the “Experts”), who provide live streaming video presentations in one of two ways: (1) on topics chosen by and at the request of a teacher using the Platform, or (2) on topics of, and at the date and time of, the Expert’s choosing (“Industry Chat”) in which multiple classrooms can join (collectively, “Live Sessions”). The Services include, without limitation, facilitating and hosting Live Sessions, and taking questions and feedback from Users.
