The City of Nevada City is seeking a qualified company with experience in talent acquisition, artist management, and event marketing to assist the City with year-round operations at the Miners Foundry (the Foundry). The selected vendor will serve as the primary talent acquisition and marketing partner, working collaboratively with the City to produce exceptional entertainment experiences. Vendor Responsibilities: • Talent acquisition and artist booking for a minimum of 30 performances annually • Artist contract negotiation and management • Event marketing, promotion, and sponsorship development • Partnership coordination with the City for seamless event execution • Ticket sales management City Responsibilities: • Production management and technical oversight • Sound engineering and equipment operation • Lighting design and technical operation • Security services and crowd management • Day of box office operations • Green Room oversight
