Contractor shall furnish Homemaker Services to assist functionally impaired elderly person (age 60+) for the period one year from the date of award. Determination of client eligibility for service will be made solely by the Jacksonville Senior Services Program. Duration: All services will be provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding holidays. Reimbursement will not be made to the Contractor for unauthorized services provided before 8:00 a.m., after 5:00 p. m., on Saturday or Sunday, or on holidays that the Jacksonville Senior Services Program Office is closed. The City of Jacksonville reserves the right to close the office for any reason deemed in the best interest of the citizens and its employees.
