A. The contractor is to provide labor and material pricing for one or more of the services described as, as needed HVAC and Mechanical Services at all Dakota County buildings. B. This contract will be written for as needed or emergency type services that may include but are not limited to, air handling units, duct work and sheet metal work, dampers, pumps, air compressors, cooling towers, sumps, fans, and ventilators for example. C. This work may include working in a secured environment such as the County Jail and Juvenile facility. D. Please provide your Hourly Service Rates on the quote sheet of this request. E. Work may require a written quote and approval prior to starting work. F. You may provide/include your companies rate along with this quote.
