The Agency Responsibilities are: To employ 6 FTE (12-month positions) appropriately qualified in early childhood o 1 Program Coordinator o 1 Case Manager o 1 Head Teacher/Childcare Supervisor o 3 Primary Caregivers for licensed PLP childcare center Assume financial responsibility for the contracted employees Provide training to contracted staff related to Child Development Facilitate the hiring of contracted staff as approved by the SBYSP Project Manager. Submit monthly expenditure reports and invoices for reimbursement to SBYSP Project Manager Program Coordinator (Master’s Preferred, in Health & Human Services or related field and 5 or more years’ experience working youth). Parenting Linking Program knowledge is a plus. Responsibilities are: Oversee the day to day operation of the Parent Linking Program and licensed childcare center Monitoring and Managing immunizations and health care issues of infant and toddlers Supervise the PLP case manager and Head Teacher to provide appropriate supports to adolescent parents as they navigate their roles as students, parents, and adolescents. Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual state reports to SBYSP Project Manager Coordinate and track all professional development training for PLP team. Attend all required PLP meeting locally and statewide. Manage and input stats and program information into the state PLP system All other related duties and responsibilities.
