The financial impact of transitioning to a new vendor would be substantial, including costs associated with data migration, training, system integration, and potential downtime. Additionally, such a transition would move the state further away from the goal of maintaining a unified, statewide data collection system, which is essential for tracking juvenile justice outcomes effectively. In addition, because Enterprise Supervision is a proprietary product, there is no guarantee it will be compatible with any other web-based case management system.
