Program Design – The DUI Programs are licensed by DHCS to operate a DUI Program. The proposer will offer the following subprograms including: Wet and Reckless, 3-month First Offender, 6-month First Offender, 9-month First Offender and 18-month Multiple Offender. The DUI program shall require a participant enrolled in a program to complete 12 hours of educational sessions. Additional County DUI program requirement include self-help activity time based on the program in which the participant is enrolled. Project Objectives – DUI program will enroll and provide all required services per the subprogram requirements set forth in Title IX. DUI program will maintain all client documentation for review on a quarterly basis by the county. DUI program will submit timely reports to both DHCS and the county upon request.
