Although the full scope of services shall be stated in the final Agreement for Child Nutrition Dairy Products (“Agreement”), the selected vendor will be expected to be capable of fulfilling, at a minimum the following: Furnish and deliver, upon demand, the quantities, sizes, and varieties of Dairy Products designated in the proposal or purchase order in accordance with the specifications and the sample furnished by the proposer and accepted by the District. Child Nutrition Dairy Products provided by vendor must comply with the nutritional and ingredients specifications identified in the proposal, and consistent with samples supplied to and accepted by the District. The District’s form of Agreement is attached as EXHIBIT “B” to this RFP. The vendor’s applicable scope of services will be set forth in further detail in the Agreement. The scope may be modified at the sole discretion of the District prior to execution by the selected firms or individuals. Any addenda or bulletins issues by the District during the time soliciting proposals shall be covered in the bid and shall be made a part of the Agreement.
