Services include all labor, fuel, equipment, materials, vehicles, vessels, tools, mobilization, incidental expenses and personal protective equipment to satisfactorily remove and dispose of derelict vessels. Also, included is the transport, preparation of vessel for disposal, all landfill disposal fees, photographs and pollutant removal and disposal. 1. Removal - may include vessels that have become submerged, are shallow/near shore, or have been deposited on the shoreline or uplands. Removal includes any vessel add-ons, affixed to, or detached and associated displaced debris within 300 feet radius from the main body of the vessel. Contractor shall contain any pollutants and legally dispose in accordance with regulatory requirements. 2. Vessel Removal Plan - Where appropriate, Contractor shall consult and confirm with the County Representative on the specific plan for vessel removal and handling of water quality issues and pollutants. 3. Photograph Documentation: Contractor shall take detailed photographs documenting the pre-removal condition of the vessel, every stage of removal, and the post-removal environmental conditions for each removal.
