The Supplier shall be appropriately licensed to provide General Pest Control Services. 4.2. General pest control minimum coverage should include, but is not limited to, roaches, spiders, ants, bed bugs, termites, gnats, mosquitos, birds, bats, drain flies, bees and other flying insects, 4.3. mice and other rodents. The Supplier shall have the ability to provide spot treatments, treatment plans for infestations, and special equipment including, but not limited to, rodent traps and certified bed bug dogs. 4.4. The Supplier shall take preventive measures to ensure that pests will not return prior to standard recommend warranty. 4.5. If necessary, Supplier may need to use products inside and outside of the building, to seal cracks and crevices.
