The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to seek information on potential existing solutions that can assist SCDOT Information Technology Services (ITS) in meeting its goal of adopting a configurable Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. It is desired that the solution supports SCDOT’s three-tiered project engagement model: •PMO-Managed- PMO Manages the Project PMO-Supported-PMO supports the project which is led by a business unit •PMO-Awareness-PMO is informed of the project’s status The solution must be capable of serving a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders including IT program and project managers, business units, IT support staff, and executive leadership. The goals also include enhancing operational oversight, automating routine tasks, timely notifications and alerts, as well as improving reporting capabilities.
