In the event the rental of the chiller is needed, Vendor shall supply all labor, supplies, licensures, and certifications to deliver a 155-ton chiller to Logan Correctional Center. Chiller must be ready for operation with minimal installation and/or setup and be moveable/liftable by forklift. Chiller must meet the following general, operational, and electrical specifications: Complete microprocessor control center Single point power connection Low ambient temperature operation to approximately -20°F and High ambient temperature operation to approximately 125°F Water connections: 4” 150lb RF flange in/out Water volume, maximum of 10 gallons Water max. pressure 150 psi Minimum load 6 tons Min/Max water flow approximately 70/260 GPM Circuits/Compressors 2/4 Voltage 208V/3 phase/60 hertz Disconnect size 150 amps
