• HVAC Certified Contractor to demolish Ten (10) each 30,000 BTU 460-volt infrared heaters. Contractor is also responsible for removal and disposal of old units and all debris from the demolition. • Install Ten (10) New 30,000 BTU 460-volt Electric heaters, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. • Replace sensors with thermostats. • Include all applicable materials, electrical disconnect and reconnect, consumables, lifting equipment, and labor. • Conduct site assessment. • Ensure heaters are safely and properly mounted and electrically connected. • Mount and secure each heater according to manufacturer instructions and local building/electrical codes. • Verify that all units function correctly and meet code and performance standards. • Label all circuits. • Energize each unit and confirm functionality. • Deliver a brief training session or overview to facility staff, if requested.
