The Executive of Education would like to purchase a one-year DataCamp Teams subscriptions for the entire Department of Higher Education (DHE) staff. DataCamp subscriptions offer content for every skill level from executive sponsors and business leaders to analysts and data/tech practitioners, in areas such as data and AI literacy, data governance and ethics, business intelligence, and analytics. They allow users to assess their current skills, complete bite-sized interactive courses in areas they are working on, practice their new skills with quick challenges, and engage in small projects to try out their new skills on larger problems. This offering will allow DHE to offer staff professional development aligned with its Board’s new Innovation priority, giving every staff member the opportunity, at a minimum, to build their awareness and literacy of these important concepts and, for those with more technical responsibilities, to build their skills to better support DHE, Massachusetts public higher education, and their own professional growth. DHE plans to scaffold the subscriptions with learning plans for different teams and types of users, and DataCamp will provide admin tools to allow DHE to monitor usage. DHE needs 75 user subscriptions for the period of June 23, 2025 through June 22, 2026. EOE reserves the right to procure additional, related products and services as a result of this RFQ.
