(1). The Contractor’s training facility shall be located within a forty (40) mile radius of the Sacramento DMV training facility located at 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95818. (2). A classroom shall be available daily from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. for each specified training program. (3). Classrooms shall be equipped with computer access, internet connectivity via WIFI, a PowerPoint type projector (or 55-inch monitor or larger) that shall allow HDMI connectivity, whiteboard, desks, or tables to accommodate no less than twelve (12) adults, and a storage area for the DMV Commercial Driver License (CDL) supplies. (4). Two (2) Contractor instructors shall be available for eight (8) hours of uninterrupted daily instruction (from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) for each specified training program. If less than eight (8) hours of Contractor instruction occurs due to a Contractor vehicle or the Contractor’s instructors being unavailable, the result shall be non-payment for the day. (5). Contractor instructors must hold valid commercial driver’s licenses.
