The supplier shall supply LSU Facility Services with electricians, helpers, supervisors, and project managers who are qualified to work on high and low voltage electrical equipment and systems. The normal crew should consist of an electrician and helper, but specific requirements will be noted at the time of request for personnel. The manpower is to be furnished on an as needed basis and is to work under the supervision of Facility Services Administration. One person in the work crew is to be a working lead type individual. This individual will act as a contact person and liaison for the work crew. A supervisor will be provided when a specific job requires the assignment of five or more personnel. The project manager will assign, manage and ensure completion of all day-to-day task along with coordinating with Facility management on a per-job basis and ensure all materials, equipment and other resources are readily available. In addition, the project manager will oversee daily time tickets and verify for accuracy.
