Section 19-1 - Caddo Creek Crossing e. Section 19-1 - Frankston Bluff Crossing 3. Tunnel launch and retrieval portals / shafts with water-tight construction methods. 4. Pipe laying and installation of appurtenances within deep open cut approach ramps and through tunnel limits. 5. Pipe encasement with flowable fill and reinforced concrete. 6. Tunnel grouting – contact grouting and annulus grouting. 7. Pipe laying and installation of appurtenances in open cut conditions. 8. Installation of Owner Furnished Equipment - 84-inch Full Port valve. 9. Cast-in-place concrete vault and associated items for 84-inch valve. 10. Cathodic protection. 11. Various site, civil and roadway improvements.
