CLEAN AND INSPECT WELL a) The Contractor shall sound well to verify depth. b) Using video equipment made for this purpose, visually inspect and record the condition of the well casing and screens before cleaning and sediment removal c) Mechanically clean the well casing and screens using nylon brushes; care should be taken to avoid excessive force in cleaning and potential damage to the well screens. d) Airlift/bail debris from the well, including removal of accumulated sand/sediment to the overall well depth (estimated 635 feet). e) Prepare a detailed inspection report, including the video of well casings and screens, to document well conditions and configuration (well diameter, depth of inner/outer casing, screen depth and extent, overall depth, pump installation depth, etc.). f) In the event deficiencies are observed during the inspection, include in the report specific information regarding the type of deficiency, location/extent, and a recommended repair method. g) Provide to ONWASA a digital copy of the video inspection, recorded on suitable storage media (CD or USB flash drive) and two hard copies, and one digital copy of the final inspection report.
