- Contractor security guards shall protect the HHS Agency and individuals from, at minimum, physical harm to person and body, verbal abuse and harassment, threats and acts of violence, fire, theft, vandalism and intentional damage and trespassing. - Contractor shall be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including holidays. - Contractor shall have a dispatch center twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days per week, including holidays. - Contractor shall be familiar with and knowledgeable of HHS parking security procedures. - Contractor shall have and utilize as needed all emergency phone numbers of local first responders including, at minimum, peace officers, paramedics, firefighters, detention officers, county jailers, or emergency medical service employees.
