The scope of work will: • Begin immediately upon receipt of a Notice to proceed. • Capture ‘5 angle’ imagery covering the entire Shelby County Tennessee political area plus a 1 mile ‘buffer’ area of the surrounding counties • 5 Angle 3 band Imagery shall be collected during the Winter of each selected year and shall be produced during “leaf off” conditions. • Orthogonal only (3 or 4 band) Imagery will be specified as Winter (Dec/Jan) or Summer (Jun/Aug) of each year as determined necessary by Shelby County, with the possibility of multiple captures in a given year. • Vendor should submit a comprehensive price schedule for each deliverable. • Cost Breakdown for all deliverables of Color Imagery at Three Inch Resolutions or better. • Include pricing structures for annual as well as biannual deliveries. • Comply with relevant County PCI, HIPAA, and Network policies and procedures
