Design, develop, and implement a CRM-integrated job portal tailored to the North Country region for the “Next Move NY” initiative. The platform will connect local job seekers and employers through an intuitive, data-driven system, with core functionalities including job search and filtering, automated job matching, employer job posting, candidate storytelling features, and AI-powered resume parsing and job recommendations. The one-stop-shop Portal is envisioned as a three-part value-added CRM system to include: • A ‘Workforce Department System Interface’ that will collect data, track program success, and manage employer contacts, program participants, associated programs, and job availability; • An ‘Employer Interface’ that gives employers the flexibility to post available jobs, research resumes based on skills needed, and directly reach out to job seekers on the platform; • A ‘Tranisitioning Soldier/Spouse/Veteran Interface’ giving participants the opportunity to reach out for Next Move NY staff assistance, search for available jobs in the defined region, and connect with employers.
