2.1.1. BASE BID As part of the Base Bid, Bidders shall provide pricing for the construction of new bridges, replacing the existing Norman Riley Bridge and the Environmental Road Bridge, as specified in APPENDIX I. 2.1.2. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE BID #1 – BRIDGE REMOVAL As part of this Additive Alternate Bid, Bidders shall provide alternate bid pricing for the removal and disposal of the existing bridges, at each of the bridge locations listing in section 2.1, Bridge Removal above. 2.1.3. ADDITIVE ALTERNATE BID #2 – BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION As part of this Additive Alternate Bid, Bidders shall provide alternate pricing for the construction of a bridge replacing the existing bridge located at High Bridge Road over Panther Creek #3 as specified in APPENDIX II.
