The City desires the laboratory & diagnostic services of the Offeror to perform as follows: Provide sampling bottles and preprinted labels. An initial stock of sampling bottles and preprinted labels shall be provided by the successful Offeror for all MSDGC facilities. The MSDGC representative at each WWTP shall request more bottles and labels when stock is low. MSDGC shall ship sampling bottles back to the successful Offeror for testing and analysis. Provide Lubricant, Hydraulic Fluid, and Wear Particle Analysis laboratory and diagnostic services for MSDGC facilities, in accordance with (IAW) the following guidelines: Between 800 and 1000 samples per year to serve wastewater facilities (4 oz samples). Spectroscopic/Spectrometric Analysis (20 metals minimum) IAW ASTM D5185 (or equivalent). Viscosity @ 40°C IAW ASTM D445 (or equivalent). Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (indexing numbers) IAW JOAP Method. Particle Count IAW ISO 4406. Acid Number (KOH/g) – ASTM D974. Water (%) – ASTM D6304. Analytical Ferrography
