2.1 West/East side West Square Building (four stories tall) • Remove and Replace all vertical and horizontal caulk joints from the ground to the overhang of the roof. • Remove and Replace caulk joints around any windows and or window frames. • Remove, clean and patch back divots or spawls on the stone faces with close matching mortar. • All joints that are ¼’’W x ½’’ D or larger or any joints deemed necessary will need backer rod installed for proper joint expansion. 2.2 East side Law Enforcement Center (two stories tall) • Remove and Replace all vertical and horizontal caulk joints from the ground to the overhang of the roof. • Remove and Replace caulk joints around any windows and or window frames. • Remove, clean and patch back divots or spawls on the stone faces with close matching mortar. • All joints that are ¼’’W x ½’’ D or larger or any joints deemed necessary will need backer rod installed for proper joint expansion.
