SUMMARY OF WORK A. The Work under the Contract consists of cleaning services, that will be performed either daily or weekly, as listed below. The Town will provide all consumable supplies (trash bag liners, cleaning chemicals, toliet paper, paper towels. Company will be required to provide all labor and supply mops & vaccuums. Contract will run July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2026 (52 weeks). All work must be done during normal business hours (8:00am – 4pm) with the formal hours being finalized with the Police Chief after contract award. HOUSE KEEPING REQUIREMENTS Daily – Monday – Friday: 1. Empty all wastebaskets and change liners as needed. 2. Empty and damp wipe exterior smoking receptacles. 3. Dust and clean all furniture, fixtures, ledges, and windowsills. 4. Spot vacuum all carpeting as needed. 5. Spot clean all carpeting as needed. 6. Dust mop floors and thresholds, use chemically treated mop where needed. 7. Dust mop all epoxy painted floors (sweeping compound if needed). 8. Maintain a daily program to insure maximum floor appearance. A. All flooring to be cleaned per manufactures instructions. 9. Sweep and dust all stairwells. 10. Sweep front exterior entranceway (weather permitting). 11. Spot clean all glass doors in all entranceways and lobby areas. 12. Spot clean interior glass doors when needed. 13. Clean and sanitize drinking fountain. 14. Clean and sanitize all sinks and counters at kitchenette areas. 15. Sweep and wash all floors in bathrooms, shower rooms, locker rooms using proper disinfectants. 16. Wash and polish all mirrors, sinks, and counter tops. 17. Clean and sanitize all fixtures and accessories: toilet paper holders, paper towel holders, soap dispensers, wastebaskets. 18. Clean and sanitize all sinks, faucets, toilets, toilet seats (both sides) and urinals through out all bathrooms. 19. Clean all partitions and tile walls as needed ( remove all graffiti). 20. Wash and polish all wall tiles and stall areas as needed. 21. Empty paper towel receptacles and replace liners. 22. Empty sanitary disposal receptacles and replace liners. 23. Restock all paper towels, toilet paper, soap and sanitary napkins as needed. 24. Return all shades to uniformed height at first sash. 25. Thoroughly wash, disinfect and sanitize all cells. 26. Thoroughly clean and leave in orderly condition all janitor areas.
