SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide Lawn Maintenance Services for the Department of Transportation and Development Weigh Stations, in accordance with the schedule of services and specifications provided herein, except for declared State holidays, weekends or times of disaster. The Contractor shall be responsible for all supervision, labor, training, materials, equipment and supplies including but not limited to an onsite Supervisor or Lead Worker, trained personnel, and equipment necessary to provide lawn maintenance services as stated herein. MARCH-OCTOBER (FOUR TIMES A MONTH) 1. Pick-up debris within cutting area 2. Mow grass 3. Weed eat and edge around building, trees and all other obstacles 4.
