The Contractor shall be responsible for removing all graffiti from the interior/exterior of the DMV building including, but not limited to, the following areas: a. All signs and sign poles. b. Interior/exterior walls. c. Building. d. Exterior grounds. e. Parking lot. f. Wheel stops in the parking lot. g. Fencing. h. Gates. i. Benches. j. Light poles. k. Flagpole. l. Asphalt. m. Sidewalks. n. Curbs. o. Doorways. p. Entryways. q. Alcoves. r. Exterior windows. Additional duties. a. The Contractor shall be responsible for tracking the number of services used under this Agreement to ensure that services do not exceed the total number of estimated services detailed in Exhibit B. b. The Contractor shall provide services on an as-needed basis as determined by the DMV Project Manager. Upon receiving a call from the DMV Project Manager reporting graffiti, the Contractor shall dispatch personnel to remove the graffiti within forty-eight (48) hours. c. All graffiti removal shall be completed in a manner as to bring the surfaces affected back to a like-new condition, with no signs of graffiti remaining or shadowing.
