Software Standards: 2.5.1 Software must have the ability to take video/photo and cross-reference any applicable car tags/license against the database of vehicles with outstanding balances for fines (Mobility and Parking). 2.5.2 Software must have the ability to store scanned license plates for at least 7 days. 2.5.3 Software must have the ability to identify/flag a vehicle in a prohibited area. 2.5.4 Software must have the ability to transfer an applicable flagged license plate to the T2 Flex system for citation issuance (Sanitation). 2.5.5 Software must have the ability to inform staff of vehicles that have outstanding balances based on mobile video/photos from the field. 2.5.6 Software must integrate with T2 and its applicable modules with an already existing API or other means of integration. 2.5.7 The software must be hosted by the vendor or an associated entity. 2.5.8 The software must have the ability to have at least 6 concurrent users. 2.5.9 For proposals to be considered, proposers must complete and pass the City of Savannah’s security assessment.
