The selected consultant will guide the IMD through the following phases of strategic planning: • Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate interviews, focus groups, surveys, and other engagement methods to gather input from district leaders, staff, community members, and key stakeholders. • Situational Analysis Conduct a thorough assessment of the district’s current operations, financial health, infrastructure, and community needs. • Vision and Mission Development Collaborate with district leadership and stakeholders to develop a shared vision and mission that aligns with the community’s values and long-term goals. • Goal Setting and Strategy Development Identify key strategic priorities and long-term goals based on data and stakeholder input. Develop actionable strategies and initiatives to achieve the district’s vision. • Implementation and Evaluation Plan Provide a roadmap for implementing the strategic plan, including specific timelines, performance indicators, and the resources necessary for successful execution. Develop a system for monitoring progress and adjusting the plan as needed. • Final Report and Presentation Prepare the final strategic plan document and deliver a presentation to the Board of Directors and community.
