Hardware and Software: During the term of the contract, the awarded vendor shall supply the Center with such computer equipment and software as necessary to enable the inmates to properly acquire commissary items and for Center staff to access the Commissary System provided. Hardware and software shall be provided, at no cost, to the Center for the term of this contract. a. Jail Management System (JMS) Interface: The Vendor must include an Interface that provides data transfer between the Center’s JMS and the Commissary System. The JMS is provided by GTL. b. State AOC Generic Interface: This Commissary System must include an Interface that provides the ability for data transfer to the County Corrections Information System in accordance with Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) protocols throughout the course of the multiphase project incorporating all of the C.C.I.S screens included in the Generic Interface project.
